Main Missions

The Location Manager is responsible for the full operation of the EVA venue.

He/She supervises and coordinates all activities related to the gaming arenas, the bar, and the restaurant.

He/She ensures smooth day-to-day operations and achieves the set objectives in terms of revenue, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1/ Operational Management

  • Supervise the bar team, Game Masters, runners, and kitchen staff.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Create staff schedules in compliance with labor laws (maximum hours, breaks, etc.).
  • Monitor task execution by the teams and ensure compliance with EVA standards.

1.2/ Daily Operations

Morning Briefing

  • Ensure the team is properly equipped (walkie-talkies, uniforms, etc.).
  • Review food stock and highlight items to promote (DLC management).
  • Analyze the day's bookings (groups, players expected).
  • Brief the team on arena allocation to optimize player flow.
  • Motivate and coordinate the team via walkie-talkies.

End of Day

  • Debrief with teams (customer feedback, incidents, achievements).
  • Send a recap email to associates including:
  • Daily revenue (Game + Food & Beverage)
  • Key improvements
  • Cash validation

Resource & Stock Management

  • Oversee bar and kitchen inventories.
  • Place orders with approved suppliers.
  • Ensure proper preparation and execution of private events and special bookings.

2/ Performance Objectives

  • Achieve and exceed targets in:
  • Game revenue
  • Food & Beverage revenue
  • Upselling & merchandising
  • BattlePass sales
  • Continuous improvement of Google reviews and other rating platforms

3/ Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid organizational skills in operations management (scheduling, stock, procedures).
  • Strong results-oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency with operational and reporting tools (Excel/Google Drive, CRM, POS systems).
  • A strong interest in video games, esports, and entertainment is a plus.
