Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager located in Bucharest. The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the CRM strategy for the company. Day-to-day tasks include managing the implementation and maintenance of CRM software, developing customer segmentation strategies, analyzing customer data, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CRM Manager will also work on project management and developing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and customer segmentation
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills
- Experience with Market Segmentation strategies
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in customer relationship management software is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
