We're growing fast and looking for an Operations Manager to orchestrate service delivery, integration & projects, maintenance & support, and our back-office engines (supply chain, training center, admin).

Role Description

Operations Manager

Location: Bucharest

Function: IT Operations & Back Office

Reports to: CEO

You'll be the operational heartbeat owning day-to-day performance, SLAs, processes, people, and partners across two countries. You'll translate strategy into execution, streamline how work flows, and ensure customers get reliable, high-quality outcomes.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Bucharest, Romania. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and processes. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing operational strategies, liaising with other departments, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves optimizing the use of the company's digital platforms and services to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Experience with operational strategy development and implementation
  • Proficiency in performance monitoring and metrics analysis
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and services, particularly in CMS, security access systems, and event management
  • Ability to work on-site in Bucharest, Romania
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
