As we are expanding, we are looking for our newest member for
Head of Sales & Network Development
position.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

New car sales:

  • Manages new car and fleet sales activities for the brand
  • Responsible for achieving sales, market share, customer satisfaction, cost and KPI targets
  • Performs the general management tasks of the sales team in Romania
  • Assists in building and executing sales strategy including pricing strategy, campaigns, fleet sales and financing offers
  • Contributes to the sales operation of the dealer network
  • Supports dealer evaluations and dealer audits
  • Handles and responds to customer complaints and questions, achieving high customer satisfaction
  • If necessary, he gets involved in solving customer issues handled by his subordinates
  • Emphasizes the satisfaction of all customers by continuously monitoring the customer satisfaction index (CSI).
  • Trains team members, provides coaching support, imparts good practices, advises and guides in order to increase sales results
  • Coordinates and leads the sales team
  • Trains, develops, motivates and manages the members of the reporting team
  • Reports to AutoWallis HQ and the manufacturer based on the defined requirements

Network development:

  • Responsible to dealer contracts and make sure that the dealers respects the conditions from dealer contracts and authorized repair agreement
  • Assess the minimum selection criteria for new dealer candidates
  • Implementation of the new Corporate Identity
  • Conduct audits at dealer level to make sure they respect manufacturer's standards
  • Responsible for integration of dealer IT systems with importer systems
  • Make recommendations for improving dealer premises and presence
  • Keep the updated list of all dealer contacts (management, sales, aftersales)
  • Is the liaison between the manufacturer and the dealers in regards with audits and standards

You are the ideal candidate if you have

  • University degree
  • Fluency in English and Romanian
  • 5 years of experience in similar position (experience in automotive industry is mandatory)
  • Great communication, sales and negotiation skills
  • Team management skills
  • Organized and analytical thinking
  • Advanced level of PC operational knowledge
  • Driving license - B
