SALES CONTROLLER ROMANIA
Responsibilities
As a Sales Controller you will be responsible for delivering support to the Sales Controlling & Revenue Manager CEE and Head of Sales & Customer Marketing in Romania.

Your main focus:

  • Manage Month End Close (MEC) activities
  • Sales KPIs variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast & PY) by brands/customers
  • Weekly sales outlook estimation and month-end landing
  • Participation in periodic planning activities (annual budget, quarterly forecasts)
  • Budget control - ongoing monitoring of trade investment spent by customers/brands
  • Ensure compliance of customer contracts and agreements/condition database maintenance
  • Support Sales team in annual contract negotiations, customer offers
  • Support Sales and Customer Marketing teams with periodic reports (sell-in)
  • Cooperation with Finance team, providing documentation for Internal/External audits

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to communicate effectively and have highly developed analytical skills. You get energy and satisfaction from being a business partner and working in a dynamic, diverse and international environment.

Other than that, you have:

  • Min 3 years of experience in Sales Controller position
  • Background in FMCG environment is a plus
  • Fluency in Romanian and English
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Solution-oriented attitude
  • Commercial Awareness - staying up to date with the Business
  • Trustworthiness & Ethics
