We are looking for a talented and motivated individual, passionate about technology and customer interaction, to join our presales team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

You will work closely with the Sales and Consulting teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical demonstrations that address both business and technical needs.

You will prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, existing clients, and partners, ensuring clear and compelling communication of our solutions' value.

At times, you will support proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions, set up demo environments, create supporting documentation, or represent the company at events (conferences, workshops, webinars).

It's essential to stay up to date with product enhancements, best practices, and technology trends in order to provide added value in every customer interaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify client needs and present tailored solutions (on-site or remote)
  • Prepare and deliver live or remote technical demonstrations across various solution modules (e.g. FP&A, Consolidation, ESG, Regulatory Reporting)
  • Configure demo environments based on customer scenarios
  • Create datasets and workflows to support demonstrations
  • Support PoC initiatives in collaboration with the Consulting team
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Management to align messaging and value proposition
  • Use presentation tools (PowerPoint) and remote demo platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree (IT, Engineering, or related Business/Technology field)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in presales, consulting, or technical roles with customer exposure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (for mixed business and technical audiences)
  • General knowledge of enterprise solutions (ERP, CPM/EPM, BI, CRM, or similar platforms)
  • Understanding of company financial/operational processes (Budgeting, Planning, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.) – a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of data flows and integrations (APIs, ETL) is an advantage
  • Advanced English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Creativity, solution-oriented mindset, and adaptability when preparing demos
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%)
