Rol: Endpoint Security Consultant

Rolul este asimilat unui Subject Matter Expert in cadrul departamentul de Professional Services, departament care ofera servicii de design de solutii, implementare si support pe diferite tehnologii de securirtate informationala.

Experiente, Cunostinte si Abilitati
consideram ca sunt foarte utile pentru a-ti desfasura activitatea in cadrul echipei:

Experienta in domeniul tehnologiilor de securitate

De preferat absolvent al unei facultati cu profil informatic

Cunoștințe solide despre tehnologiile de protecție pentru endpoint-uri, inclusiv antivirus, DLP, soluții de criptare.

Experiență practică cu soluții de securitate pentru endpoint-uri, cum ar fi Symantec, McAfee/Trellix, CrowdStrike, Forcepoint, Microsoft Defender ATP, soluții similare.

Familiaritate cu standarde de securitate și cerințele de conformitate (de exemplu, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)

Cunostinte despre sisteme de operare de tip server de la Microsoft, in principal servicii de infrastructura: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IAS

Cunostinte bune de limba engleza

Capacitate de a te integra si de a lucra in echipa

Capacitate de comunicare profesionala in relatia cu clientii si cu echipele de lucru interne

Capacitate de rezolvare constructiva a problemelor aparute in activitatea curenta

Orientare spre asimilarea permanenta a informatiilor din domeniul tehnologiei securitate

Principalele responsabilitati
ale acestui rol sunt:

Asigura servicii de instalare/configurare/troubleshooting la client, pentru un set de produse de securitate de endpoint protection

Asigura suport tehnic echipelor pre-sales, sales pentru a veni in intampinarea cerintelor partenerilor cu cele mai bune solutii tehnice

Furnizeaza informatii tehnice necesare intocmirii ofertelor speciale, alocand resursele tehnice necesare pentru aceste activitati

Oferirea de sprijin echipei de presales in derularea PoC-urilor sau a demonstratiilor complexe sustinute la clienti

Furnizeaza training la nivel avansat catre parteneri/clienti

pregatirea planului pentru implementarea tehnologiilor din portofoliul companiei, tinand cont de particularitatile fiecarui client

Update privind produsele software si hardware distribuite de firma, folosind ca surse documentatiile vendorului, rapoarte de specialitate, Internet, etc.
