Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Head of Accounting, located in Bucharest, Romania, with some work-from-home flexibility, making it a hybrid role. The Head of Accounting will oversee financial reporting, manage financial statements, and ensure accurate accounting practices. This role includes analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's business decisions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Accounting practices
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Experience in Financial Reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility for both office and remote work
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
