As an account manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their campaigns deliver outstanding results. We are Leadgency, a leading international performance-based lead generation agency. Our expertise lies in recruiting new market research panelists for top-tier research companies globally. Active in over 60 countries, we are expanding our Bucharest team and seeking a talented account manager to drive our growth.
Tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Account Management:
Serve as the primary contact for key clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.Campaign Analysis:
Proactively analyze client campaign results to suggest improvements and optimize performance.Targets:
Meet and exceed targets for your portfolio.Client Support:
Provide exceptional post-lead support to retain clients and ensure prompt responses to inquiries.Relationship Building:
Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and visits.Coordination:
Work closely with the Global Account Director to develop customized sales action plans.Team Alignment:
Collaborate with media buyers to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.Promotion:
Introduce new products and services to both new and existing clients.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Proven experience in account management/project management/client service. Previous work in market research and/or affiliate marketing.Skills:
Fast learner, self-motivated, and results-driven. Strong analytical and proactive approach.Languages:
Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.Education:
Bachelor's degree in a commercial field.Availability:
Work three days a week from our Bucharest office and two days from home.
