Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include addressing client needs, resolving issues promptly, analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet project goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing accounts, reporting metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Problem-solving, project coordination, and strategic decision-making skills
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management capabilities
  • Familiarity with gaming or digital entertainment industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Ability to travel for conferences and shows globally (passport&travel documents)
