Responsabilități:
- Gestionează relațiile comerciale cu buyerii;
- Negociază contracte, promoții și condiții comerciale;
- Monitorizează vânzările, marjele și rotația produselor;
- Colaborează cu achizițiile, marketingul și logistica;
- Propune listări noi, repoziționări sezoniere și campanii promoționale;
- Asigură respectarea politicii de preț și imagine a brandului Tellur.
Profilul ideal:
- Minimum 3 ani experiență în Key Account Management / Trade Marketing / Sales în retail modern;
- Cunoaștere solidă a mecanismelor comerciale (marjă, termene, promo, listare);
- Abilități de negociere, analiză și comunicare;
- Echilibru între disciplină și inițiativă;
- Engleză mediu-avansat;
- Studii superioare (Economie, Marketing, Business).
