Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager for our international client in the financial services industry. Based in Bucharest, this role will report directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for driving business growth together with the sales team

THE JOB

  • Presenting, promoting specific financial services and products to corporate customers
  • Generating leads, maintaining a sales pipeline and building trusting customer relationships.
  • Working with the Country Manager & Sales team to develop the best client solution possible.
  • Coaching, managing and motivating the sales team 
  • Hiring, training, motivating, and advising a team of sales representatives.
  • Managing the work of the team of sales representatives

THE PERSON

  • University degree in Economics/Finance/Business
  • min 7 years of working experience in financial products' sales/business Development
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • High energy and self-confidence
  • Excellent management skills and proven experience managing succesfull sales team
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in Romanian and English
