We are looking for a
proactive, self-driven Sales Manager, preferably with experience in facility management,
to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in facility or property management who thrives in a hunter-type sales environment and is able to build and manage their own pipeline, understand FM services and pricing, and effectively cooperate with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
  • Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored service solutions.
  • Prepare calculations for FM services and maintain an overview of market price levels.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the facility management industry, including current trends and innovations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the facility management, property management or real estate in general.
  • Understanding of facility management services and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, "hunter" mindset with a passion for closing deals and growing business.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
