We are looking for a
proactive, self-driven Sales Manager, preferably with experience in facility management,
to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in facility or property management who thrives in a hunter-type sales environment and is able to build and manage their own pipeline, understand FM services and pricing, and effectively cooperate with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
- Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored service solutions.
- Prepare calculations for FM services and maintain an overview of market price levels.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the facility management industry, including current trends and innovations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality service delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the facility management, property management or real estate in general.
- Understanding of facility management services and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, "hunter" mindset with a passion for closing deals and growing business.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
