Your responsibilities

We ensure that the high-quality household appliances of all brands in the BSH group are optimally cared for by our customers. Join our Customer Service RO team and you will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company's success.

  • Processing spare parts orders :accurately entering and verifying orders, tracking order status, handling modifications.
  • Credit Control / Blocked Orders
  • Creating / updating customer database
  • Reporting - monthly balance of partners

Your profile

  • University degree -Economics or Technical ; at least 1 year of work experiences in comparable jobs.
  • Local language essential, English language medium to fluent.
  • High level of self-initiative, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience with ERP systems and order processing software and in a technical back-office role is a plus
  • Attention to detail, collaborative teamwork are important for success in this role.
