We're looking for a proactive and dedicated HR professional to join our team and drive impactful people strategies across the organization. As a
Human Resources Generalist
you will play a critical role in supporting recruitment efforts, managing employee relations, enhancing HR processes, and serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across various departments
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee development
  • Partner with department managers to support organizational growth and talent needs
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Romanian labor legislation and internal policies
  • Maintain and update HR metrics, reports, and documentation as needed
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of Romanian labor law and employment regulations
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
