Position Summary

We are looking for HR Manager whose responsibilities cover the entire life cycle of an employee in a company: from recruitment to adaptation, motivation and engagement of personnel, etc. The ideal candidate is experienced in all forms of recruitment, a sharp thinker, trusted partner and confident operator who can manage complex projects with strong communicative skills, with sensitive dynamics and discretion, decisiveness, and diplomacy.

Main Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Interacting with Leads on selection needs.
  • Creating job descriptions, publishing vacancies.
  • Searching for candidates, conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, supporting hiring decisions.
  • Providing feedback to candidates.
  • Analyzing the process, proposing boost ideas.

Onboarding

  • Organizing the process of getting acquainted with the company, its culture, values ​​and colleagues, as well as assisting in resolving organizational issues at the initial stage of work.
  • Interacting with Leads in the frames of candidate's trial term.
  • Measuring a new colleague involvement during adaptation period.

Administrative

(excluding personnel administration)

  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance in handling employee and company information.
  • Back-up Administrative Manager functions in case of the colleague's absence.

Corporate culture

· Supporting a positive social and psychological climate, developing traditions.

· Ensuring effective information exchange between employees and management, preparing corporate news and announcements.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Recruitment and HR processes.
  • Excellent command of
    English and Romanian.
  • University degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal EQ with the ability of building credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, proactive, people oriented, project management discipline, and attention to details.
  • Resilient under pressure high-stakes environments.
