YOUR MISSIONS
As a key member of the Leadership Team and trusted partner to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will be…

  • To develop and lead the HR strategy for Biocodex Romania, aligned with local business priorities and the Group People & Culture roadmap.
  • To be a strategic advisor to the GM and leadership team, and a proactive business partner by understanding key business and HR challenges and opportunities, providing innovative solutions and driving change to enable Biocodex Romania to achieve its ambitious objectives.
  • To provide close HR support to the Leadership Team and wider organization in recruitment, talent and competences development, career management, collaboration, relationship management, labor relations, etc..
  • To support (with 1 direct report, external payroll provider and lawyers), the HR administration and relationships to relevant Authorities in order to ensure company's full compliance with local and global legal frame. Manage internal HR regulations.
  • To manage the local Coporate Communication within the affiliate, in line with the Global Corporate Communication Department's guidelines.
  • To set the ground for future success and benchmark inside Biocodex Group, by creating an engaging and winning culture within the Leadership Team and the entire organization based on a positive mindset of co-responsibility and co-ownership of company's ambition, trustful and efficient collaboration across departments.
  • To drive the engagement within the organization and track the progress by supporting the roll-out of the annual engagement survey.
  • To provide HR best practices and processes' roll out leadership, including, but not limited to, performance and talent management, training and development, staffing and recruiting needs, local compensation and benefits program, job grading support, labor relations, disciplinary matters upon need.
  • To embody and promote internal mobility and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, bringing them to life with managers through various levers.
  • To manage HR processes and budget and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • To role model, promote Biocodex values, and create the conditions for all employees to authentically embrace and embody them: we play collectively; we shape fair relations; we dare to innovate; we care for our ecosystem.

You will be an active member of Biocodex' global HR community, present across all Group entities, and will share and receive expertise and best practices, and thereby contribute to further development and strengthening of Global HR processes (talent management & acquisition, development, performance, C&B, Employer Branding, DE&I, etc.).

Qualifications
You have solid experience in Human Resources, including a role as an HR business partner supporting local teams and the management of HR Administration, ideally within a commercial organization with a wide field sales force.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related sector is a plus.

You are recognized for your ability to support managers, design organizations, and manage labor relations.

You are agile, able to adapt your approach to local contexts and to collaborate in an international environment, even if it is not part of your daily routine.

You are comfortable designing and implementing HR solutions, with strong communication and networking skills.

You have experience in project management, change management, and working with stakeholders at different levels of responsibilities.

You thrive in dynamic contexts, managing multiple topics simultaneously, whether planned or unforeseen.

You are comfortable in a matrix organization and can provide constructive, critical insight to internal and external stakeholders.

You have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as facilitation and public speaking abilities.

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
