Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Community Manager to build and nurture relationships with our B2B clients—casino operators using our product ecosystem. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between our clients and our resources, providing ongoing support, marketing insights, and growth strategies to help them thrive. You'll engage clients through Reddit and other relevant forums, messaging apps, webinars, newsletters, and direct interactions, directing them to tailored courses, best practices, and tools that maximize their platform's potential. This position is ideal for someone passionate about community building, digital marketing, and the gaming sector, with a knack for turning client challenges into opportunities. This is an intense role that requires more than 9am to 5pm coverage but comes with flexibility and outsized rewards for excellent community building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building
: Actively interact with casino owners via community platforms (direct communication, newsletters, dedicated forums, Slack channels, or Discord servers), email campaigns, and virtual events to foster a sense of belonging and collaboration. Respond to inquiries promptly, host AMA sessions, and engage clients to do more with our platform and generate more revenue. - Marketing Ideas and Strategy Support:
You will be given a set of playbooks that you can recommend or adapt for clients such as user acquisition tactics (affiliate programs, social media promotions), retention strategies (loyalty bonuses, gamification applications), and SEO/SEM tips for gaming sites. Analyze community trends and member activity to provide data-driven suggestions, while keeping the focus on learning and collaboration rather than troubleshooting individual accounts. - Resource Direction and Education:
Curate and direct clients to relevant courses, webinars, and tutorials (e.g., on regulatory compliance, advanced analytics, or emerging trends like crypto integrations) and industry insights. . Collaborate with internal teams to create or update educational content, ensuring clients have access to the latest tools and knowledge hubs. - Content Creation and Moderation:
Produce engaging content such as blog posts, newsletters, or video guides on marketing and success strategies tailored to community interests.Moderate discussions to maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative environment aligned with industry standards.
Qualifications:
Understanding Marketing principles and the architecture of the new media landscape
Be obsessed about customer success and love helping people grow their own business
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO platforms) and basic knowledge of online gaming trends.
Experience with community platforms like Reddit, Discord and other forums, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, GenAI). Having a public profile with lots of up-votes and demonstrating online community building is a major advantage.
