Assistant to the Country Manager
to join our team.

This is a pivotal role offering exposure to strategic management, business operations, and executive decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track the Country Manager's agenda, ensuring meetings and commitments are followed as planned.
  • Organize business travel for the Country Manager, including flight and accommodation arrangements.
  • Assist the Country Manager during meetings and business sessions, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations required for meetings and projects.
  • Coordinate and invite participants to company meetings.
  • Maintain constant communication between the Country Manager and department directors.
  • Prepare business and sales reports and analyses requested by the Country Manager.
  • Provide support in organizing internal and external events initiated by the Country Manager.
  • Offer administrative support to the management team (department directors/BUDs).
  • Assist the Country Manager and department heads in the implementation of new projects.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and report progress to the Country Manager.
  • Centralize internal company policies, procedures, and other general documents; ensure updates are tracked and implemented.
  • Distribute updates to the management team as required.
  • Collect, process, and present information to the Country Manager in a clear and structured format.
  • Take initiatives to optimize data collection and reporting activities.
  • Communicate and distribute information from the Country Manager to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, project coordination, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian (written and spoken).
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and initiative aligned with Sun Wave Pharma's values.
