În rolul de
Asistent Manager
la Pescariu Sports & SPA, oferi suport administrativ și operațional managementului general, contribuind la buna organizare și eficiență a activităților zilnice din cadrul unuia dintre cele mai prestigioase centre de sport și wellness din București.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Coordonarea agendei managerului general și organizarea întâlnirilor interne și externe;
  • Asigurarea unei comunicări eficiente între departamente, parteneri și furnizori;
  • Monitorizarea și gestionarea activităților administrative curente;
  • Organizarea documentelor, rapoartelor și corespondenței de birou;
  • Suport în planificarea și implementarea evenimentelor și proiectelor interne;
  • Implicare în activitățile de marketing și comunicare ale clubului;
  • Reprezentarea profesionistă a companiei în relațiile cu clienții și partenerii.

Competențe și abilități:

  • Excelente abilități de organizare, planificare și comunicare;
  • Cunoștințe solide de limba
    engleză (scris și vorbit);
  • Spirit de echipă, atenție la detalii și atitudine proactivă;
  • Capacitatea de a gestiona sarcini multiple într-un mediu dinamic;
  • Cunoștințe de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
