The Role
The
Content Creation Specialist & Project Coordinator
will be responsible for creating the content used by the Armis University team to produce high-quality training materials that cater to diverse audiences, including Armis employees, Partners, Customers, and other key stakeholders. This individual will collaborate closely with Armis subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform complex technical information into consumable and engaging content. The ideal candidate has strong technical writing and script writing skills, a solid understanding of training modalities (on-demand and instructor-led), and the ability to adapt their tone and style to suit different audiences. In addition to creating content, you'll act as the glue between various team members and the business - triaging tasks/projects as appropriate across the broader enablement team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and write clear, concise, and engaging training content for both on-demand and instructor-led formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and accurately interpret technical information.
• Organize and drive projects from start to finish.
• Create scripts and materials that are tailored to specific audiences, including Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams.
• Create and edit audio and video media
• Utilize rapid development authoring tools
• Ensure content aligns with organizational goals and meets quality standards.
• Adapt writing style to match the tone, voice, and technical proficiency of various audiences.
• Maintain a consistent and professional approach to all written content in English.
• Actively contribute to content reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

What We Expect

• Proven experience in technical writing, instructional design, or content development.
• Strong scriptwriting skills and the ability to craft narratives that drive engagement.
• Familiarity with both on-demand and instructor-led training methodologies.
• Exceptional English language skills, including grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to adapt tone and style based on audience needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise and other relevant tools for content creation (e.g., LMS platforms, content authoring tools, or video editing software).
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or security-related industries.
• Background in developing content for global audiences.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Background in security or cybersecurity is a plus.
