Are you passionate about crafting stories that make advanced technology accessible and inspiring? As part of our collaboration with UiPath and its enterprise clients, Flow Automations is hiring a
Content Specialist
to support product marketing initiatives around agentic automation and AI.

In this role, you will develop various content assets (including blog posts, presentations, whitepapers, and video scripts) to clearly communicate product value propositions. You'll collaborate with product marketing, design, and technical teams to shape narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys researching, interviewing stakeholders with a journalistic mindset, and turning complex topics into compelling stories. The position offers flexibility but also requires adaptability to join meetings that may occasionally be outside regular hours.

You will be part of a creative, globally connected team, helping position some of the most innovative automation and AI solutions on the market.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create high-quality content across various formats (blogs, whitepapers, presentations, video scripts, and more) to support marketing campaigns and educational initiatives.
  • Develop narratives and messaging frameworks that translate complex technical concepts (agentic automation, AI agents, orchestration) into accessible, engaging stories.
  • Research industry trends and work closely with internal teams to gather information and insights for content development.
  • Contribute to content strategy planning and ensure alignment with product positioning and brand guidelines.
  • Support scripts for videos, course materials, and other multimedia content as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all assets and stay updated on brand guideline changes.
  • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, design, and product management.

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience creating content, preferably in B2B technology marketing or SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio of content examples across multiple formats (blogs, whitepapers, presentations, scripts).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex technical topics.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI, or enterprise software concepts (experience with RPA, AI agents, or orchestration platforms is a plus).
  • Curiosity and a journalistic approach to gathering information and developing narratives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate meetings with global teams.
  • Preferred proximity to Cluj or Bucharest, even if primarily remote.
