The E-commerce Content Specialist is responsible for setting up and maintaining digital content across Molson Coors consumer-facing digital touchpoints. This role collaboratively partners with key business stakeholders, e-commerce, sales teams and distributors on the new item set-ups and ongoing maintenance of digital content to meet e-commerce growth needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partners with key business stakeholders on the syndication of digital content across various digital touchpoints and retail eCommerce platforms
  • Ensures that MCBC digital product catalog is complete and compliant with all retail requirements and that product content is delivered on-time
  • Builds and deploys digital catalogs and materials necessary for viewing product assortment and attribution
  • Provides system expertise in setting up inbound/outbound data feeds, gap analysis documents and syndication channel audits
  • Communicates to key stakeholders regarding eCommerce attribution updates/additions and facilitates the plan of action to deliver change requests
  • Provides improvement recommendations to the PIM Manager
  • Prioritization of marketing campaigns aligned with business and customer requirements
  • Manages bulk content ingestions; add metadata, bulk add metadata, bulk export metadata

Skills & Relevant Work Experience

  • 2-4 Years' experience working with eCommerce platforms
  • Good ability to manage multiple projects
  • Good ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Very good communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to analyze, summarize and effectively present data
  • Basic understanding of technical skill ( Json File, Data Manipulation and Transformation,Baisc APIs integration and workflow)
  • Language Skills: English B2;
