Overview

We are seeking our new Content Production Specialist to join the Axway team

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Production Specialist to join our global digital team. This role will be responsible for building, publishing, and maintaining digital content across our website and other digital platforms. The Content Production Specialist will ensure content is accurate, engaging, optimized for search, and aligned with brand and business goals.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, digital operations, and content management—someone who enjoys turning creative assets into polished, user-ready experiences at scale.



Responsibilities

Content Management & Publishing

  • Own the production and publishing of digital content (web pages, landing pages, blogs, campaign assets) in the company's CMS.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and digital strategists to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
  • Maintain content quality and consistency across global websites, including localization support.

Optimization & Best Practices

  • Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Implement metadata, tagging, and linking strategies to improve discoverability and engagement.
  • Support testing and optimization initiatives (A/B, multivariate) to improve content performance.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Partner closely with the digital team, demand generation, and creative teams to support campaign execution.
  • Manage content updates, refreshes, and version control for global digital properties.
  • Work with external vendors or translation partners as needed for global content production.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor content performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current on content management tools, digital production trends, and emerging best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve content delivery.


Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital content production, website management, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, or WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and web publishing standards.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS basics for content formatting (a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
