What you will do:

The PSD Content Specialist for ServiceNow HR in Romania will be responsible for overseeing the creation, maintenance, and governance of HR content within the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that employees and HR teams have access to accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly information through self-service portals. The Content Manager will collaborate with global and local HR stakeholders to align content with business needs and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Plan & Governance

  2. Develop and implement a content plan for ServiceNow HR knowledge base and self-service portals. - Ensure content is aligned with global HR policies and local regulations. - Establish governance processes for content lifecycle management.

  3. Content Creation & Maintenance

  4. Create, edit, and publish HR articles, FAQs, and guides in ServiceNow. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Regularly review and update content to reflect policy or process changes.

  5. User Experience & Self-Service Enablement

  6. Optimize content for usability and accessibility in the self-service portal. - Monitor usage metrics and feedback to improve content effectiveness. - Promote adoption of self-service tools among employees and HR teams.

  7. Stakeholder Collaboration

  8. Work closely with HR operations, IT, and compliance teams to ensure content meets business and technical requirements.

  9. Run Content Authors committees to train the new authors on content creation. - Act as a liaison between global content owners and local HR teams.

  10. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  11. Track content performance using analytics and KPIs. - Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Support audits and ensure content compliance with data protection standards.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in content management or digital platforms is a plus.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR content management or digital HR platforms.

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar HR service delivery platforms is preferred.

  • Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies. - Analytical mindset with experience in content performance tracking.
    - Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a must.
