In Romania our team collaborates closely with colleagues worldwide, exchanging best practices and driving innovation across departments.     Responsibilities ​ • Able to work independently and simultaneously with customers through all established communication channels (chat, e -mail, phone) to proactively resolve any inquiries regarding games, bets, financial transactions and any other related products or services provided by the company; • Able to identify client requests, asking targeted questions in a courteous manner and providing a fast and accurate resolution; • Able to efficiently gather feedback pertaining to products and services, by proactively reaching out to clients using all available means of communication, including outbound calls; • Able to provide quality assistance not just to clients, but to colleagues as well, actively contributing to the overall team synergy; • Adhere to a high level of performance and service delivery, by reaching the established KPIs; • Identify and report malfunctions and service interruptions to the appropriate technical departments; • Adhere to and follow the rules and guidelines listed in the RIVOGTG Internal Rules Handbook; • Accomplish all other tasks as required by upper management. Requirements • Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written form;• Intermediate level of English both verbal and written;• Problem solving abilities, coupled with active listening;• Proficient in Romanian, with emphasis on the Romanian grammar;• Able to work efficiently without supervision (ability to prioritize, plan, execute and exert self -control);• Positive attitude, calm and patient, with the ability to work under pressure;• Organized, flexible and adaptable to a fast -paced working environment.
