Key Responsibilities

  • Actively market and promote the full portfolio of premium brands in Bucharest & Ilfov
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing HoReCa customers and acquire new ones
  • Deliver revenue and sell-through growth targets
  • Ensure correct positioning of the brands in partner venues
  • Develop and evaluate HoReCa channel tactics (Price Promo, co-packs, assortment, pricing)
  • Develop and implement brand strategies for the spirits, champagne, water, beer and wine portfolio
  • Organise brand events, tastings, presentations, and workshops
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on integrated campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Commerce
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in HoReCa, preferably in beverages or luxury goods
  • Strong understanding of the spirits & champagne market, as well as premium water, beer and wine segments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Driving licence – Category B, availability for local travel
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset
