As we continue the business growth and development, we are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a pivotal role in attracting talent to join our organization through the recruitment strategy and shaping our employer brand.

We need you to have:

  • Proven experience in coordinating talent acquisition process and teams, or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment – minimum 4 years.

  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and data reporting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Flexible and resilient, thriving in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment

  • Good level English is required; proficiency in French is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure performance goals are met while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans to attract, evaluate, and hire talent

  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Constantly evaluating the performance of team members, proposing and implementing individual development plans
