Your main responsibilities:

  • Software customizing in our SAP systems for Jungheinrich companies worldwide with a focus on contract management (SAP SD contract & JH custom developed solutions and addon functionalities).
  • Error analysis and consulting within the scope of 2nd level support.
  • Close cooperation with developers and consultants in our IT teams in the headquarters in Germany.
  • Change management and documentation according to applicable standards.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science / business informatics or comparable education.
  • Good comprehension-skills in regards of processes, structures and data models
  • Abstraction abilities and skills in regards of process analysis.
  • Great communication skills
  • You love to give but also receive feedback to allow us to grow as a team
  • Optional: Project management knowledge.
  • Optional: Good knowledge of business processes relevant for the implementation of calculation schemes and pricing conditions.
  • Optional: Familiar with the agile way of working (SCRUM) and its methodology
  • Optional: Experience in test methods as well as documentation.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Miro
