MIGSO-PCUBED
is looking for a
Business-Oriented PMO Consultant
to join our growing team and support high-impact client initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders to support business decision-making, participate in strategic meetings, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.

You will act as a bridge between business leaders and delivery teams, contributing not just to project tracking but to real business value delivery.


Key responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in business and strategy meetings, capturing key actions and decisions
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business cases
  • Ensure ongoing alignment between project deliverables and business goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) at the project and portfolio level
  • Support governance processes and follow-up on decision points
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and project teams
  • Contribute to the maturity and effectiveness of the PMO function


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in project management or business consulting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information and make recommendations
  • Comfortable interacting with senior-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus
