What you'll do:

Support management in improving internal procedures and operational efficiency.

Contribute to coordinating IFRS closing processes and monitoring overall team progress.

Assist with demand/change management, incident tracking, and ensuring tasks are delivered on time and within budget.

Participate in integrated planning and task prioritization across international projects.


Who you are:

You hold a Master's degree in Economics or Engineering (or equivalent).

You have 1–3 years of experience as a PMO or Reporting Closing Coordinator in financial services, asset management, or consulting.

You have knowledge of IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 standards and are familiar with Agile methodology.

You're confident using Microsoft Office and fluent in English.

You're proactive, detail-oriented, a great team player, and eager to keep learning.


Nice to have:

Scrum Master certification or experience with ServiceNow.

Experience with IFRS 17/9 implementation or systems such as SAP, Moody's, Tagetik.

Knowledge of the Italian language.
