Your new role

The Digital Center of Excellence is responsible for configuration, managing development, managing interfaces in and out of hybris and managing the regional template for hybris and any regional digital solutions. Also responsible for application change management and system governance. Key partners include the local (country-specific) IT Demand teams for digital, and the CoE will serve as SPOC to the digital business for other IT teams – including, but not limited to other functional CoEs, basis, infrastructure and security.

Key responsibilities of your role.

• Monitor the application performance metrics and address problems as they occur.
• Dynatrace application performance management, creating and monitoring Infra dashboard, business dashboard, and synthetic monitoring.
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform with considerable experience in Order management system, product management, promotion engine, Adaptive search, and back office.
• Ensured excellent quality, performance, scalability, and availability of web applications.
• Participate in Software releases.
• Collaborate with your peers and internal customers to understand the big picture and use that understanding to design new solutions that enhance their workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and web developers to prioritize and plan initiatives.
• Document recurring issues and share documentation with any stakeholders.
• Led and supported the dev team in validating promotions coming from feeds and providing the necessary data to be created in Hybris and displayed on the website.
• Ensure best practices and standards are adopted in development, support, quality control, and documentation.
• Providing direct support for critical analytical needs.
• Follow up on the evolution of the application, the expectations of the project management, and the incidents in production.
• Building weekly reporting process to management cross-banners about main performance KPIs.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track the health and performance of applications in real-time.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of CI/CD processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated testing, build, deployment, and monitoring of software applications.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to ensure seamless integration of IaC practices.
• Manage and administer version control systems (e.g., Git) to ensure codebase integrity and collaboration among development teams.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for various tasks, such as deployment, monitoring, and testing.
• Implement scripting for process optimization and efficiency.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track the health and performance of applications in real-time.
• Respond to and troubleshoot incidents related to CI/CD processes.

Requirements.

We think you'll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology sciences, or any other discipline of technical orientation
• Passionate Engineer with 5-7 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices around developing microservices architectures, Docker, and a software containerization technology platform.
• Experience with modern DevOps tools, including: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Github, JIRA and other Atlassian tools.
• Experience with several Platform And tools: Hybris, Google Analytics, New Relic, Dynatrace, Adobe analytics, Jira, ActiveMQ, JMeter, Confluence.
• Knowledge of scripting language used in DevOps scripting (Bash, Python, Groovy).
• Experience with distributed database systems such ElasticSearch.
• Java knowledge.
• Kubernetes knowledge.
• Web development knowledge.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology team environment.
