We are looking for a
Coordinator
to join our operations team in Brașov. This role is key in making sure our group of employees working in the warehouse has everything they need to perform well – from proper schedules and housing to safe working conditions and smooth communication with the client.

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning shifts, checking attendance and arranging replacements when needed.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding (documents, permits, trainings, medical checks).
  • Collecting and verifying timesheets, sending them for payroll on time.
  • Handling employee requests such as advances, as well as deductions for housing, permits or equipment.
  • Coordinating accommodation, transport and distribution of workwear.
  • Making sure safety and quality standards are met, reporting and closing incidents.
  • Acting as the daily point of contact for the client, solving issues and reporting KPIs.
  • Monitoring turnover and absences, speaking with employees, arranging replacements and training.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on staffing, hours, costs and risks.

What we expect:

  • Fluent English (must-have).
  • Experience in managing people, ideally in logistics, warehouse or outsourcing.
  • A mobile, hands-on approach – you need to be present on-site with the team.
  • Polish background would be an advantage.
