Who We Are
We are looking for a IT Account Manager, who manages relationships and sales with clients, particularly in the IT sector. They act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. This role involves both retaining existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

What you'll be doin

  • IT-Business partnering for defined regions, countries, and/or units
  • Acting as a cross functional partner between the international IT-locations and regional IT-coordinators
  • Consulting the Units regarding our strategic IT-alignments
  • Analyzing, creating, and optimizing Sales Unit Support Service processes
  • Coordinating and consolidating requirements from the corporate departments and international subsidiaries
  • Consultation and managing of existing and newly introduced IT technologies in the units
  • Participation within IT projects as well as supporting and managing external service providers
  • Development of standardized processes regarding IT-related products in a global IT-approach

What You'll Bring Along

  • A University degree or advanced diploma in business or technical studies,e.g.,Business Administration,(Business) Informatics,etc.,ideally with a focus on logistics, or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 years of experience on a similar position is required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as an interface between various departments
  • Solid knowledge of IT-standards and frameworks
  • Confident appearance in multinational companies
  • Fluent English skills
  • Competent, friendly as well as commercial and service-oriented thinking and acting
