Technical Support Team Leader
.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

  • Coordinates the maintenance and process team.
  • Responsible for preparing and supporting weekly/monthly reports, regarding M&PE performance indicators.
  • Responsible for coordinating and engaging his team in process improvement reviews and complaint review sessions, process and equipment improvement.
  • Responsible for training the personnel involved in case of process changes/improvements.
  • Prepares and updates new/transferred/amended process documents according to the procedure.
  • Replaces the process engineer or the maintenance engineer when they are absentase

and if you have/are:

  • University degree in a technical field (mechanical, electromechanical, industrial engineering or similar);
  • Relevant experience in coordinating technical teams, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
  • Strong skills in organizing, planning, and prioritizing activities;
  • Good knowledge of production workflows and equipment maintenance, with strong competencies in diagnosing and resolving technical issues;
  • Ability to coordinate, motivate, develop, and support team members.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with other departments (production, quality, engineering, etc.)
  • Advanced English language skills.
