We are looking for a qualified Customer support representative to join our team.

You will troubleshoot and resolve issues and maintain solid relationships with customers by answering questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Requirements and Skills:

  • We kind of expect proven work experience with clients.
  • You have strong knowledge of English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and problem - solving abilities.
  • Strong computer skills .
  • You should have the ability to do shifts.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You have good data entry skills (experience may help).
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience in restaurants industry is a great advantage.
  • You are willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them.
  • You are open to receiving constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements.
  • You have a willingness to learn .
  • The ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • The ability to effectively take direction.
  • Prototyping unknown solutions.
  • Knowing the steps to quickly resolve issues as the come up.
  • Experience in restaurant industry and support de payment it's a plus

Responsibilities:

●     

A penchant for details and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines.

●     

Juggle multiple clients while effectively managing timelines and expectations.

●     

Manage many small tasks at once.

●     

Awareness of their own pace of work – accurate estimation.

●     

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

●     

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.

●     

Manage, track, and resolve technical issues related to our product/service, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

●     

Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

●     

Maintain and update product/service knowledge to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.

●     

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.

●     

Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant departments to drive continuous improvement in products and services.

●     

Act as a reliable and empathetic liaison between the customer and MEJIX.
