Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Cross Border Talents is looking for enthusiastic Croatian speakers to join our team in Cluj-Napoca. Your Role:
- Handle customer inquiries in Croatian through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with your team to enhance the overall support experience.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Croatian (C1/C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
- Valid residence permit for Romania or an EU member state passport.
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools.
- Availability to work in shifts.
