Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Cross Border Talents is looking for enthusiastic Croatian speakers to join our team in Cluj-Napoca. Your Role:

  • Handle customer inquiries in Croatian through various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance the overall support experience.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Croatian (C1/C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
  • Valid residence permit for Romania or an EU member state passport.
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
