LYNN TIMES HOTELS & RESORTS
is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their guest relations team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to guests, coordinate with hotel departments, offer information on hotel services, and ensure every visitor enjoys a smooth and memorable stay. This role offers valuable experience in hospitality, communication, and customer care in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to guests to ensure comfort and offer assistance

Provide information on tours, hotel services, reservations, transportation, and ticket bookings

Advise guests on hotel events, programs, and current promotions

Receive and resolve guest complaints by coordinating with relevant departments

Support guests with lost luggage or documents

Collect guest feedback and suggest service improvements

Assist reception during peak check-in/check-out hours

Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors

Selection Process:

Step 3: Company interview (LYNN TIMES HOTELS & RESORTS)
