Cross Border Talents is hiring for the role of Slovak-speaking Support Representative to work in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We're seeking motivated individuals to deliver top-notch customer support for a well-known company project. This role allows you to assist customers, address their concerns, and ensure a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via multiple channels.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions.
- Work with team members to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Slovak (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2).
- Residence permit for Romania or EU member state passport
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
