Cat despre hard skills, cautam un coleg sau o colega care:

• Intelege functionarea sistemelor de distributie bazate pe XML si a API-urilor
• Are experienta de lucru, preferabil in turism sau domenii conexe
• Are experienta anterioara in travel tech, OTA, bedbank sau medii de distributie hoteliera - avantaj
• Are experienta de lucru cu channel managers, CRS sau PMS systems - avantaj
• Are notiuni despre procesele de contractare hoteliera si managementul tarifelor
• Are abilitati solide de analiza si testare a datelor
• Detine cunostinte avansate de Excel si, ideal, experienta in Power BI
• Are excelente abilitati de comunicare si relationare profesionala
• Se exprima cu usurinta atat in romana, cat si in engleza, oral si in scris

Ca si Contracting Specialist:

• Vei fi punctul principal de contact pentru partenerii XML (buyers si suppliers)
• Vei monitoriza conexiunile XML si vei rezolva eventualele erori de conectivitate sau tarif
• Vei verifica si mentine acuratetea tarifelor distribuite in sistemele externe
• Vei colabora cu echipele Contracting, IT si Support pentru rezolvarea prompta a incidentelor
• Vei documenta procesele interne si vei contribui la imbunatatirea fluxurilor XML
• Vei participa la onboarding-ul noilor parteneri si la testarea integrarii acestora
• Vei urmari respectarea conditiilor contractuale si corectitudinea tarifelor communicate

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive
Contracting Specialist
willing to contribute to the optimization of our hotel rate distribution processes via XML channels.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data transfer between Eturia and its international partners, helping deliver perfectly organized travel experiences.

Hard skills we are looking for:

• Understanding of XML-based distribution systems and APIs
• Work experience, preferably in tourism or related fields
• Previous experience in travel tech, OTA, bedbank, or hotel distribution environments – a plus
• Experience with channel managers, CRS or PMS systems – a plus
• Knowledge of hotel contracting processes and rate management
• Strong data analysis and testing skills
• Advanced Excel skills and ideally experience with Power BI
• Excellent communication and professional relationship skills
• Fluent in both Romanian and English, spoken and written

As a Contracting Specialist you will:

• Be the main point of contact for XML partners (buyers and suppliers)
• Monitor XML connections and resolve any connectivity or rate errors
• Verify and maintain the accuracy of rates distributed to external systems
• Collaborate with Contracting, IT, and Support teams to promptly resolve incidents
• Document internal processes and contribute to improving XML workflows
• Participate in onboarding new partners and testing their integration
• Ensure contractual conditions are met and rates are communicated correctly
