Căutăm un Fundraiser Team Leader energic și carismatic, care să conducă o echipă de fundraiseri în campanii face-to-face. Vei lucra pe teren, vei inspira echipa să atingă și să depășească obiectivele de strângere de fonduri și vei contribui direct la cauze care schimbă vieți.

Responsabilități principale
Coordonezi și motivezi zilnic o echipă de fundraiseri F2F pe teren (3–8 persoane).

  • Participi activ la activitățile de fundraising în locațiile desemnate (stradă, centre comerciale, evenimente, etc.).
  • Susții echipa prin coaching, feedback și exemplu personal.
  • Monitorizezi performanța individuală și de echipă, raportezi rezultatele și propui soluții de îmbunătățire.
  • Organizezi brief-uri zilnice și sesiuni de motivare.
  • Asiguri respectarea standardelor de calitate și etică în interacțiunea cu publicul.
  • Colaborezi cu coordonatorii de campanie și echipa de comunicare pentru optimizarea mesajelor și a rezultatelor.

Profilul tău
Ai experiență anterioară în vânzări directe, fundraising, promoții, call-center sau coordonare de echipă.

  • Ești o persoană energică, persuasivă și orientată spre rezultate.
  • Ai abilități excelente de comunicare și leadership.
  • Îți place să lucrezi pe teren și să inspiri oamenii din jur.
  • Ai spirit de echipă și capacitatea de a gestiona provocările cu calm și umor.
  • Disponibilitate de lucru zilnic pe teren (5 zile/săptămână).
