DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily operations of the Stylists Team, including scheduling, attendance, and team performance
  • Oversee stock control, ensure timely replenishment, and enforce inventory procedures
  • Train and onboard new team members while handling performance and disciplinary documentation
  • Maintain and improve styling procedures and documentation to meet industry standards
  • Coordinate styling workshops, support special events, and contribute to appearance consistency
  • Conduct research to enhance on-camera presentation and continuously improve visual quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate customer experience and streamline styling processes
  • Prepare regular reports on team activity, stock movement, and process improvements
  • Promote high work discipline, compliance with company standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Diploma or professional certification in hairstyling, makeup, or a related artistic industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in stock management and at least 1 year in a team leadership or coordination role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage diverse personalities and cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • PC literate, with the ability to manage schedules, internal systems, and communication tools efficiently
  • Experience in makeup and hairstyling for on-camera or broadcast settings is an advantage
  • Understanding of skincare products and techniques that support long-shift comfort and visual appearance is a plus
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with external suppliers.
