is seeking a dynamic
National Sales Manager
to drive commercial growth and lead a high-performing sales team for a global industrial leader recognized for innovation and technical excellence.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving sales performance across Romania, developing business opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with company growth and profitability goals.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage customer relationships at senior level, ensuring contract profitability and high satisfaction.
- Define territories, quotas, and sales plans to optimize coverage and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget; ensure financial discipline within the regional operations.
- Provide field support and on-the-job training to the sales team, maintaining strong market presence.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer visits nationwide.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience
in B2B sales or business development, ideally in an industrial or technical environment. - Proven track record in
leading and developing sales teams
. - Hands-on leadership style, able to coach in the field and travel extensively (up to 70–75%).
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, offer structuring, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
