It is the largest Polish logistics operator in Central Europe.

The company specializes in managing global logistics and supply chains.
 Service offering includes road, sea, air, and rail transport, contract logistics, project cargo, customs services and the design of tailored logistics solutions.

 Context

  • This is a replacement position.
  • The role is part of an international commercial department with global scope.

 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in logistics/transport, particularly in the Air & Sea sector – approx. 5 years.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree.
  • Should have a strong client portfolio and market knowledge 
  • The first 2 weeks will be dedicated to induction in Bucharest
  • The role involves both farming and hunting: maintaining existing clients while also prospecting and acquiring new ones (cold calling, meetings, follow-ups).
  • Territorial coverage:
    • position in Transylvania 
    • position in Bucharest
  • Remote-based role with regular client visits and monthly presence in the Bucharest HQ.
  • Current team: 4 members

 Key Responsibilities

  1. Business development and customer acquisition
  2. Budget implementation
  3. Client relationship management
  4. CRM system updates and usage
  5. Coordination with operations and other departments
  6. Maintaining a positive company image
  7. Regular reporting to direct manager
  8. Collaboration with partner network
  9. Managing workload distribution within Sales Support
  10. Onboarding of new hires (systems, processes, offers)
