We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing process, ensuring the quality and reliability of our payment solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective testing strategies that align with our business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze product documentation (Use Cases, User Stories, UML Diagrams) to develop detailed manual test cases.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test suites to ensure full functional coverage.
  • Execute manual testing to validate application functionality and performance.
  • Define and implement test strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Plan and coordinate all testing activities, including defect management, test execution cycles, and reporting.
  • Oversee test automation architecture by working closely with an offshore Test Automation Engineer (who handles all technical implementation in Playwright).
  • Provide guidance on which test cases should be automated and ensure appropriate coverage through automation.
  • Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring active business stakeholder involvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Collaborate with the overall Test Lead to ensure consistent and aligned testing practices across the organization.
  • Provide direction, support, and quality assurance oversight for offshore testing teams.

What You'll Bring Along

  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a Test Manager or Test Lead role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of test management methodologies, practices, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing and the ability to translate complex requirements into executable test cases.
  • Familiarity with test automation architecture and best practices (especially Playwright), with the ability to provide oversight and direction — without hands-on coding.
  • Experience in organizing and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
  • Ability to coordinate and guide offshore testers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar tools for test case management and tracking is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
