Căutăm o/un nou coleg/a pasionat/a de recrutare

Dacă ești absolvent de: psihologie, sociologie sau drept, ești curios/ă, organizat/ă si cu dorință de a construi o carieră in domeniul resurselor umane, atunci locul tău este in echipa noastră.

Cerințe:

  1. Experiență anterioară în recrutare (minim 2 ani).
  2. Aptitudini puternice de vânzare și capacitatea de a convinge.
  3. Dorință puternică de a reuși și atingere a obiectivelor.
  4. Capacitatea de a lucra în echipă și de a comunica eficient cu toate nivelurile organizației.
  5. Capacitate de analiză comportamentală.
  6. Cunoștințe solide de utilizare a instrumentelor și platformelor de recrutare.

Ce vei face:

Identificarea și atragerea celor mai potriviți candidați prin diverse metode și canale de recrutare.\

Account management și o orientare către clienți pentru a înțelege nevoile specifice ale acestora și a livra soluții rapide și eficiente.

Coordonarea procesului de interviu și evaluare, asigurându-te că recomandările tale se bazează pe nevoile reale ale companiei.

Utilizarea abilităților de vânzare și convingere pentru a putea oferi o vizibilitate reală a potențialilor candidați, cu privire la oportunitățile oferite de clienții KreativeHR și pentru a negocia ofertele de angajare.

Redactarea profilului pentru fiecare candidat aflat in proces.

Realizarea prin intermediul aplicației (ATS) a rapoartelor privind statusul proiectelor alocate.

Analiza periodica a proceselor de recrutare și propunerea unor măsuri de îmbunătățire.
