Overview

We are looking for a
Junior IT Recruiter
who will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. The IT Recruiter will have the ownership of the entire full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates for the assigned roles

Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and briefing them on the opportunities offered by our clients
  • Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
  • Select potential candidates based on the candidate profile and job requirements
  • Contact candidates and conducts prescreen and interviews
  • Send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the client
  • Develop short list of candidates
  • Build talent pipelines and keep them updated
  • Manage recruitment platforms, data bases and internal tools
  • Complete and maintain the integrity of the database
  • Develop and maintain a good collaboration with internal clients

Requirements

  • Ideally proven experience in a similar role (min. 1 year)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques is a plus (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and Boolean search strings)
  • Excellent English communication skills: written and verbal
  • Effective time-management and organizational abilities
