Job Title: Recruiter

Job Location: Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities:

• Offer support in ensuring timeliness, compliance and accuracy of the recruitment process;
• Support to define Huawei's recruitment strategy and develop necessary recruitment tools and documentation;
• Support the correct, complete and timely implementation of Huawei's recruitment policy;
• Manage candidate applications according to Huawei policy and supports reviews;
• Support business managers in delivering recruitment interviews;
• Ensure GDPR compliance through all steps of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR or related field;
• 1-2 years experience in HR/Recruitment area;
• Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, writing); Chinese would be an advantage;
• Good communication, coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility are expected, especially in a multicultural environment;
• Able to manage pressure, results oriented, love to challenge yourself and willing to cooperate with other team members to achieve great results.
