La Touch Communications aducem la viață campanii BTL, evenimente și activări care conectează brandurile cu oamenii. Suntem o agenție full-service cu o echipă energică și idei fresh, mereu în mișcare.

Ce vei face la noi:

  • Vei recruta și gestiona personal pentru campaniile noastre BTL (promoteri, hostess, echipe teren etc.).
  • Vei menține și actualiza constant baza de date cu colaboratori.
  • Vei colabora strâns cu Project Managerii pentru a înțelege nevoile fiecărei campanii.
  • Vei organiza interviuri rapide și traininguri pentru staff-ul selectat.
  • Te vei asigura că toate contractele și documentele necesare sunt pregătite și semnate la timp.
  • Vei centraliza feedbackul după fiecare campanie și vei raporta rezultatele echipei de management.
  • Te ocupi de declararea contractelor la ITM și de plata echipelor după campanii.

Ce așteptăm de la tine:

  • Să ai experiență sau interes pentru recrutare, preferabil în evenimente sau BTL.
  • Să fii organizat(ă), comunicativ(ă) și orientat(ă) către rezultate.
  • Să te simți confortabil lucrând cu multe persoane și deadline-uri scurte.
  • Să cunoști pachetul MS Office (Excel, Word) sau alte tool-uri similare.
  • Să ai atitudine proactivă și dorință de a învăța.
