We are looking for a strategic and accomplished
Sales and Marketing Manager
to lead and drive the growth of our
Surgical Business Group
in Romania. This high-impact, leadership role requires a seasoned professional who can combine strategic vision with operational expertise to manage sales, marketing, and business development activities effectively.

The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the adoption of advanced surgical technologies across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the organization's goals for the Surgical Business Group.
  • Team Management:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare decision-makers, to drive market penetration and sales growth.
  • Business Development:
    Identify and seize new market opportunities, negotiating partnerships and agreements that enhance our presence in the healthcare sector.
  • Market Analysis:
    Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform decision-making and improve strategic direction.
  • Performance Metrics:
    Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators to ensure business success.

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in Romania, particularly in surgical technologies.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English is required
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
